About Me
With over 20 years of experience in the international relief and development field, I have helped lead a $560 million/annual global nonprofit, grow emerging social enterprises, scale a pioneering impact-first investment fund, and teach communications and impact measurement to business school students.
Most of all, I have been privileged to work with diverse teams around the world from East Africa and the Middle East to the Balkans and Caucasus.
Now, I am highly motivated to help other social change leaders succeed in achieving their own most ambitious goals.
I believe in the principle of local leadership, the power of engaging diverse voices in any organizational development initiative, and the importance of iteration and creativity to achieve bold changes.
And, thanks to decades of experience working on high-stakes programs and bids, I also know how to run projects that will take your team rapidly forward with positive energy.
