My own experience spearheading initiatives for innovation and scaling; localization; crisis management; and strategy pivots has given me a big toolkit for this work. I partner with clients to create and execute customized plans that build ownership and momentum.

Example Structure: Part-time work over a 6 to 9 month period working in close collaboration with a steering group. Polished, final theories of change, strategic plans, toolkits and/or practical roadmaps for next steps.
